    GOOG EVENING PEEPS! Lovely day in S. CA! It's going to continue to be in the low 70's for the weekend. I'll take it! ; )
    I went to my fave dentist (honest!) today and had root canal work done. NEVER an ounce of pain with him...never. Not sure he can save the tooth, but has a referral to an inexpensive Implant doc. Life is goog. (everthinkyoudhearinexpensiveandimplantinthesamesentence????;)

    I did some overgrown bush pruning yesterday. Sorta looked like a very tall and leggy yellow margarite. Only 18" now. Cats were using it to hide from the birds at the feeders and then attack. You should have seen me crawling on elbows and belly under the table in my robe yesterday morning to get a squealing bird away from Fat Louie! And the bird, finch, came around and took flight when I got him back outside. Yes!!

    DOREEN.... @Doreen366ML I kept looking in your current auctions...duh. I think that 'beatnik' was the perfect name for your old ash tray. The goatee and dress was before hippies, ay?! Beatnik
    I love the clock! I think Roy Rogers was my first crush when I was a kid. I had his metal lunch box even tho I was a girl. : ) If we weren't trying to get EVERYTHING for ebay out of the house like you are, I would have been tempted to buy it. ( Clock )
    BTW, DH and I 'are' finally making great strides to getting everything outside into storage buildings. Yaaaayyyyy......!
    I hope your daughter gets to join the golf team. : )

    MAXIE.... @inmax TY! Yup, that flower is sooo purty! Wish I'da grown it. 😉 Once we get the 'stuff' outa our house, and I finish with MOM's house and taxes, I'll still be busy (aren't we all?!?!) but not crazy busy like the past years. Can't wait!! : )

    DORIS-SBIT is vacationing somewhere warm (Bermuda? I think?) with BIGFOOT. I don't know if she'll be able to come back to posting, as she says it was getting too confusing for her to follow. Perhaps when she sees that this board is as slow as the AC a while back, she'll be able to poop in once in awhile. She's such a GrandE lady!

    I'm looking forward to a time when I can go to GW or Sal. Army to look for 'stuff'. I must continue to keep that under control for quite awhile tho, since we have sooo much here and more in the trailer to unpack from FONDY some day. Yikes!! Sure hard to fight the 'thrift bug'. LOL!

    Time to stop for now. I love how we can click on any name and read all the past posts! It will make it so much easier to catch up when necessary. (likemenow;)
    Wishing alla youse a Happy Thanksgiving, a Merry Christmas, and a Happy New Year, since I was not really able to post much during that time. I might as well add Happy Groundhogs Day, too! LOL! (I would have been MOM's 95th bday, but I think she's happier now where she is.;)

    @doreen366ml --- Hi Doreen. I probably spend way too much time trying to come up with the 80 character title. For Your ad I wish you could use 'horse' but afraid that might get you in trouble.LOL. For starters how about 'Welcome Home"? Wish I could do better.
    @justmim --- Hi mim. mim is a friend and lives just a couple miles south of me. Don't know about you but our trees and bushes are beginning to ice over. Guess I'll be sticking close to home today.
    I was out most of yesterday --- Wednesday, I had laser surgery on a growth on my chin that had showed some cancer cells. Never experienced this before so let me tell you a little about the surprises involved. I had supposed that it would be pretty much an and "in-and-getter-'er-done' and out the door. Not so. They lasered off a layer then I had to sit in the waiting room while they sent it to an in house laboratory. This process was to be repeated until they got a clean sample. Fortunately , it took only one turn for me . But still I was there for 4 hours. I did a lot of napping and reading.
