Advertising Collectibles Chatroom Board

Hi! It's really handy to have the BB, Jewelry, Advertising, Glass and Pottery all within easy reach, since we all roamed occasionally into all these other chats. One love of mine has always been Advertising Collectibles since I'm an old broken down copywriter. Right now I have some of the Serta Counting sheep which are hilarious, and a bunch of the Taco Bell Chihuahuas (that was one of the best ad campaigns ever - so sorry they ended it.) Also in the closet (these were Mom's passion and now are in a slump) - a huge batch of all things California Raisins.

Hi, all. I'm from the Book Board originally, but advertising collectibles has been a major interest of mine most of my life. I am an ex-copywriter and have always had an interest in ads, the premium items created for a product, etc. One of my favorite all-time collectibles is the Taco Bell Chihuahua. That was a terrific campaign, and I hated it when they stopped using it. I have a bunch of those stashed right now, along with some counting sheep (funny guys, too).
